What can you decorate?
Almost any hard-surface materials.Most items take about 2 weeks, depending on how busy we are. Lead time may increase if custom graphic inlays are needed and/or multiple parts are customized.
What if my item is scratched up?
All surface scratches will be removed before we begin our process. Deep gouges or scratches can be taken for an additional charge, we must see the item to give a price for this service.
Do we need to bring in parts disassembled?
Yes, items do need to be disassembled.
Payment Options?
We accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders, PayPal and all major credit cards. Orders over $300 will require a deposit.
Can I drop off my item or do I need to ship it?
You can drop it off just call first to make sure someone will be at the shop. You can ship and we will ship it back to you.
How should the parts be shipped?
All parts must be fully disassembled upon arrival. Only ship the parts that are to be processed. No exceptions.
Will the film or paint fade?
UV protection is maximized by coating each item with the highest grade clear coats on the market. You item will have the same finish that is on your car or truck. If your item is left outside all of the time and not cared for it might fade after a few years, just like you vehicle.
Care instructions?
All parts will have care instructions with them when they are returned to you.
What needs to be shipped with the parts?
All parts must be shipped with a completed and signed work order form. No work will be performed without a signature. Refer to order form for a printable version of the work order form.
How to order a custom color?
If you would like a color we do not keep in house, please call and we can discuss different places where you can look at color options. Price will vary from color to color.
